A free Google Ads audit, done while you watch.

  • Not “a comprehensive account health check”.
  • Not “a bespoke audit deck”.
  • Not “a complimentary strategy session”, which is a sales call with better manners.

You share your screen. I go through your account and tell you what's costing you money as I find it. If nothing is, I'll tell you that instead.

Here's what happens in the 20 minutes.

It's a PPC audit, technically. I just do it out loud, with you there, rather than on my own.

  1. You pick a time. Twenty minutes, booked through my calendar.

  2. You share your screen. With your Google Ads open. No logins to hand over.

  3. I tell you where the problems are. As I find them, in plain English, while you watch.

  4. You decide whether I should fix it. Or fix it yourself. Either way, you'll know what's wrong.

That's the whole audit. Nothing turns up a week later with a logo on the front.

Two minutes to find. Most of a year to get that bad.

Most accounts I look at are bidding on the wrong things for the wrong reasons.

On a screen share, I'll usually find three or four problems in the first couple of minutes. I'm not especially quick. They're nearly always the same problems, and I know where to look.

Which makes this my sales pitch. No slides, no case studies, no logos of people I've worked with. Just your account, with your money in it, and me pointing at things.

You'll know if I'm any good by about minute three.

Five yeses and you don't need me.

Nearly every account I look at has the same five problems. The Google Ads management page goes through them properly. On the call, they're the questions I'm asking while you click where I tell you.

Twenty minutes, and you'll know which of them you've got.

And if it's none of them, I'll tell you to leave it alone.

I'd have nothing to fix, so I'd have nothing to sell you. A garage that tells you the car's fine is the garage you go back to.

  • I won't ask for your login.
  • I won't find a problem just so there's something to fix.
  • I won't tell you to give Google more money because Google suggested it.
What I'm askingOut of five
  1. Is the campaign structure built around what makes money?
  2. Are the keywords tied to what you actually sell?
  3. Is Google counting the right things as conversions?
  4. Is the tracking actually seeing the sales?
  5. Is it bidding more for the customers worth more?

People who let me near their account

Things people ask before they share their screen.

Is it really free?

Yes. Twenty minutes, no invoice.

I'd rather show you what I do than describe it, and this is the quickest way to show you.

Will you try to sell me something?

If I find something worth fixing, I'll tell you I can fix it. That's the bit where you decide.

If there's nothing worth fixing, there's nothing to sell, and you'll hear that instead.

Do I need to give you access to my account?

No. You share your screen and I look at it with you.

If you hire me afterwards, you give me access through my manager account, and you can take it back whenever you like. It's your account either way.

What if my account's fine?

Then I'll tell you it's fine. It's not often you hear that from someone who'd get paid to fix it.

What if I spend under £600 a month?

Minimum ad spend is £600/month. Below that, I'm not the right person to manage it, and I'd rather tell you now than 20 minutes in.

What do I need to have ready?

Your Google Ads account, logged in, on a screen you can share. That's it.
